Utah Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
CORE is located near the Jordan Valley Medical Center, at 90th South and Bangerter Highway (3600 West). Our large, comfortable waiting room provides a friendly and professional environment for patients, family, and friends. When referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon, the experts at CORE will evaluate and diagnose your pain from a musculoskeletal perspective. This means you will be treated by experts such as Dr. Harris, Dr. Khachatryan, Dr. Macintyre, and Dr. Matich who have extensive training concerning your spine, muscles, and joints (collectively).
One of the great things about living in Utah is being so close to rugged nature and exploring all of its trails, slopes, and backroads. There is the all too common sore back muscle that comes after you have been pushing your bike ride, or hike uphill to the limit without a break. But then there is the back pain from an injury, the kind of accident from a bad mountain biking fall or collision with other skiers or trees on the ski slope. These are common stories with the patients treated at CORE, with serious complications. If you hit hard enough, your back could break or damage a disc in your back (putting pressure on a nerve). CORE Physicans specialize in the treatment of these injuries and conditions.
Keeping up with family, friends and everyday activities eventually causes gradual wear and tear on the spine. We see many patients who have experienced spinal problems related to injury, aging, genetics, and more. Our goal is to get you back to enjoying your family. We want you back out there and enjoying everything an active life has to offer.
